Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 5 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 1 weeks after the order.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please notify us as soon as possible.

If your order is the wrong size, color or item, you can return the item to our warehouse with proof of the incorrect fulfillment and Slinglys fulfilment company will send a replacement. It’s best to add also a note inside with the name, Order ID and the requested item’s color and size. (This is to inform the warehouse right away when they check the package received.) 

If your order is incorrect or you want to make a change please Email us in support right away so we can inform our warehouse about it. This especially applies to orders that are currently In Process. This way, the item will not be printed and ship out.

If the correct facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive. Both Gear bubble and Sunfrog do not accept returns therefore refunds and returns for products from these companies are non-negotiable and not possible*

If you, the customer informs us that you have received incorrect order , let our support team know immediately. We will need to obtain a proof of wrong item sent, such as color of shirt, damages, size or item. A picture of the actual item received is good proof for us to examine and to send to the printer . As such, it must be sent to us not later than a week after receiving the item.

Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Moms tshirts reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
